Joy is a local Kalamazoo, Michigan native. She believes that “Buying, selling or building a home is a big experience in a person’s life. It’s my job to make sure it all goes smoothly; that all the details are handled, the right way, the first time. For me, it’s really rewarding to help guide people through the process.”
